Las Vegas Car Accident Lawyer - Step 5

Once you have:
STEP ONE: Called 911.
STEP TWO: Move or Leave your Car depending on safety.
STEP THREE: Talked to the Other Driver.
STEP FOUR: Talking to Witnesses.

You can now move onto:

One of the most important things you can do to assist your Las Vegas Car Accident Lawyer is to take pictures of the damage to your car and the other driver’s car. Since you have already determined that you and your vehicle are safe, start taking pictures. You may have a camera on your cell phone. If you do, use that. If you cell phone does not have a camera, I suggest storing a disposable camera in your glove compartment to use during an emergency.

Once you have your camera ready, take pictures of both cars up close to get a good view of the damages, as well as far away, to get an overall view of the damaged cars. You can also take pictures of the other driver, any passengers or witnesses to the accident. Your Las Vegas Auto Accident Lawyer also suggests that you take pictures of the intersection or other area where the accident happened, to give others a good view of where the accident took place. If you are so badly injured, ask a witness to take the above photographs, including pictures of yourself. Once you have taken those pictures, you can give those to your Accident Lawyer Las Vegas, to help with you case. Next time, we will talk about conversations with the responding police officers.
